Kailey was a low-ranking monkey in Bossy's troop. As one of G*ps*'s children, she was given the minimum amount of milk necessary to survive and passed off to a babysitter; in her case, usually Rudy.
Grandee took a liking to Kailey, and allowed her to join the clique of young female monkeys that usually orbited around him.
