Löwina is the matriarch of Löwina's troop, which is one of the smallest troops in Monkey Hill. Löwina herself is disfigured from a human attack; she is missing her right eye and has permanent scarring on the right side of her face.
Nevertheless, Löwina maintains the matriarch position of her troop, and is a kind and caring mother. Sadly, since most of the female monkeys in her troop are sterilized and she is past her childbearing years, her troop is likely to shrink and disappear over the next few years.
